The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.
Conditions: 74 degrees and humid
FNGs: None, but we did have a visitor, Rocking Chair, from Lexington, SC
Every month the men of Seismic gather to run the Hero, the AO’s monthly endurance test, in honor of a hero to one of the PAX. This month, we honored the mother of our former Nan Tan, Hot Spot.
Cannoli shared a little of what he knows about Marie Baker. To sum it up briefly, she is a woman who has sacrificed a lot in her time to be a mother and raise her family. When we think about F3’s “I am third” call to action, we can think of someone like Marie and how she lived it out by putting her own needs behind those of others. She is currently under hospice care. Hot Spot has been spending as much of his time with her as possible. His love for his mom also speaks to the influence her life had on him and others. We support our brother and his mother with our prayers.

Devo: A quick reminder to the PAX that our goal in parenting is to raise God-fearing adults, not happy children. Have the long game in mind verses their happiness in a given moment. Cannoli took this ball and ran with it promoting a healthy dialogue on the FB page.
Moleskin: Back to back month of solid #’s for the hero. Excellent work men. Good times once again was the man to catch. Excellent suggestion by Cannoli to honor Marie Baker this month. Our prayers are with her and her family.
