Intro: Wasn’t feeling quite up to it today, so went with and old reliable workout.

The Thang: We all know how this goes. Each suit represents an exercise, flip a card and do the number on the card. 2-10 is face value, face cards are 10 and Aces 15. The exercises were:

Diaminds – Bent over Rows OQ
Spades – Damn-its

Moleskin: Numbers continue to be strong out at Accelerator, which is great to see. And just to be clear, if you’re on time you’re late. As always, I am grateful to get a chance to lead and thankful that F3 Summerville/GC/NC has a great group of guys that motivate me and push me to be better.
