The FNGs were given a rude awakening to what F3 is, but instead of being discouraged, they loved it. Money Pit and Spooky work without Dreamer at Boeing, so he’s got a good EH system he can use on them.
Accelerator has had 4 FNGs in the past two weeks. We are growing and I’m liking every moment of it!

The Thang:
Pax grabbed a block and met back in a circle. YHC had set up a interval timer and brought his can of weinkes. YHC instructed pax there would be 6 rounds of 4 exercises, with short rests in between. YHC would grab a weinke from his can and would instruct cadence during the workout. Times for each round varied:
When the round was complete, there was an additional 20 seconds of rest and YHC would get a new weinke for the next round. All rounds were completed, pax were fully worked out, and blocks were stowed.

Announcements: QSource after the Ditch on Saturdays. Start date TBD. Running with Olaf and Mr. Feeny on Thursdays at 0500. Meeting at Essentials Coffee (Foxbank shopping area). Freedom Church Men’s Hike interest meeting 2/3 at the Den.
Devo: YHC shared about tough discussion with the M about money. Both were looking at the other’s expenditures and considered them “selfish”, justifying their own. Matthew 21:2 states that people seem right in our own eyes, but God looks at the heart. Mr. Feeny added that we look at a situation and write the narrative for the other person without knowing everything. We need to recognize that the one situation is typically not the norm and we may just be seeing someone at their worse.
Moleskin: The typical crew was at the Den, with the addition of Tiki. Hopefully he will become a regular since he lives in Goose Creek.
