Just seven days prior YHC had the Q at the Country Club a.k.a., Bedrock.  The Weinke seemed to be a crowd pleaser so why not reissue to the Tip of The Spear?

COP: SSHx15 IC, Monkey Humpers x15 IC, Squats X15 IC, Imperial Walker x15 IC.

Thang: Form the PAX into two columns, mosey to Doty Park.  Commence a rinse-and-repeatorama.  50 meter dash to either end of the field sandwiched between exercises at each end.  15 reps of each exercise, exercises included: Mountain Climbers IC, Carolina Dry Docks, Burpees IC, plank jacks IC, jump squats, merkins, crucible merkins, flutter kicks, Bobby Hurley, WWI SU, Cross Over Crunch, WWII SU, LBC. Form up into two columns, Indian Run back to flag.

15 weirdos posted for what was unexpectedly my last Q using the pits.  Seems the town has decided to pull out the pits to make Pickle Ball Courts – whatever that is.  I am going to research this “sport” and hope to find some sort of deviant workout to capitalize on the structure.

Condition: 76 degree, 80% humidity, cloudy.

COP: Tuck under planks x15 on Q, Thru the Tunnel x 15 IC, High Knees SLOWLY x20

Thang: Two column battle buddy formation,  Mosey to the pits, each pair execute 50 Bulgarian Squats, 100 Dips, 200 wall hops, 300 incline push-ups.  One man mosey the long sidewalk lap while the other exercise.

Mary: ISO Crunch, single leg lifts, freddy mercury, indian sit-ups, pendulum

Intro: It had been a while since YHC was in the center at Seismic so I jumped at the opportunity when the Q sheet came out for November.  The workout was one YHC has been tinkering with at a few other AOs and finally felt it was ready for Seismic.  The TOTS did not disappoint.

Weather: High 50s/Low 60s but Probie and Cannoli came dressed for weather in the 30s

Discalimer: Given but no FNGs

Warmup: Don Quixotes, Imperial Walkers, TTT

Thang: Mosey to block pile (each PAX grab one block) reassemble at the entrance to Senior Center Parking Lot

The PAX will mosey back and forth to six locations around the AO while performing an exercise at each location.  The six locations and exercises were:

  1. Overhead Press – Entrance to Senior Center parking lot
  2. Runner Squat – Corner closest to the Cannoli/Good Times Memorial Shitter
  3. Flutter Kick – Corner closest to the gazebo
  4. Catalina Wine Mixer – Side street across from Armory
  5. Skater Squat – Corner with the dog
  6. WW1 Situp – Corner closest to fire station

Order of execution: 1, 3, 2, 4, 3, 5, 4, 6, 5

22 hard charging Pipe Hitters posted for some YHC style Good Livin’.  #TOTS

Conditions: 71 degrees, humid, clear skies

COP: N/A. PAX get a somewhat equal size Battle Buddy, mosey to my truck, each pair issued one, Mark 1 Mod 0 sand bag.

Thang:  Line up and mosey to kiddie park.  PAX and buddy assigned each center point of rope pyramid, roughly three pairs per station.  First PAX execute 20 Merkins on the ropes while Battle Buddy holds feet.  Waiting pair(s) continuously execute Buddy get-ups until their turn on the ropes.  Rinse / Repeat with 20 inverted pull-ups on the ropes while Battle Buddy holds feet.   Waiting pair(s) continuously execute Buddy get-ups until their turn on the ropes.

Mosey to the grass.  Battle Buddy Dora – 50 Burpees, 75 Man Makers, 100 Squats.  As one PAX executes the exercise, the other PAX runs the AO path carrying the sand bag.  For squats, the PAX exercising uses the sand bag.  Mosey to truck and stow sand bags.

MARY: 2 minutes of sit-ups, 30 oblique crunches, 30 Freddie Mercury IC
