Moleskin: It was cold, it was wet. We observed the principle that F3 workouts are held outside, hot or COLD. RAIN, or shine. We first did this wienkie about a year ago and made it to 7 before we cut the song short and just did the round of 12. Everyone has made solid progress. This time of year it is kind of nice to test yourself and see clear legitimate improvement over the man you were a year ago. Whether in fitness, overall health, or just being a better person.
